New Hotels Open in Asia With Conrad Nagoya and Fairmont Bangkok

New hotels open across Asia, with Conrad Nagoya, Fairmont Bangkok Sukhumvit, Courtyard by Marriott Ghaziabad and Radisson Hotel Chateau de Bangkok expanding luxury stays, dining, wellness and business facilities in key markets.

The Asian hospitality sector is witnessing a fresh wave of hotel openings, with new properties in Japan, Thailand and India adding luxury accommodation, business facilities and lifestyle offerings to key urban destinations. The latest launches include Conrad Nagoya, Fairmont Bangkok Sukhumvit, Courtyard by Marriott Ghaziabad and Radisson Hotel Chateau de Bangkok.

In Japan, Conrad Nagoya has opened in the upper floors of The Landmark Nagoya Sakae, located in the heart of Nagoya’s business and shopping district. The property features 170 guestrooms, including 29 suites, with each accommodation measuring more than 50 square metres. It also offers six restaurants and bars, an indoor swimming pool, spa and fitness centre.

The hotel provides extensive facilities for business and events, including a 342-square-metre Grand Ballroom. Its direct connection to Sakae Station gives guests convenient access to the city, while nearby attractions include Nagoya Castle and Atsuta Shrine. The property also serves as a base for travellers exploring destinations such as Ise and Takayama.

In Thailand, Fairmont Bangkok Sukhumvit marks the luxury brand’s first property in the country. Located in the Sukhumvit area, the hotel offers 474 guestrooms and suites, seven dining venues, a Fairmont Spa and fitness facilities. More than 2,000 square metres of meeting and event space is spread across three floors. The property also provides family-friendly accommodation and pet-friendly rooms.

Another Bangkok opening is Radisson Hotel Chateau de Bangkok, which occupies the former Chateau de Bangkok following an extensive refurbishment. The hotel has 178 guestrooms and suites, including long-stay accommodation with kitchenettes. It features three dining venues, an outdoor pool, fitness centre, spa and three meeting spaces, with the largest accommodating about 250 people.

India also gains a new branded hotel with the opening of Courtyard by Marriott Ghaziabad, the brand’s first property in the city. Located in Rajnagar Extension, the hotel offers 106 guestrooms and suites, dining facilities, a swimming pool, spa, fitness centre and more than 740 square metres of event space.

The latest openings reflect continued investment in Asia’s hospitality market, with international hotel groups expanding across major business, leisure and emerging urban destinations.
