IHCL Signs SeleQtions Resort in Devanahalli

Indian Hotels Company Limited (IHCL), India’s largest hospitality company, has announced the signing of a SeleQtions hotel in Devanahalli, Bengaluru.

The project marks the conversion of a standalone resort, with plans to expand its inventory to 120 keys, reinforcing IHCL’s growth strategy in key urban markets.

The 115-key SeleQtions Prakruthi Resort, Devanahalli, Bengaluru, will offer a comprehensive hospitality experience anchored in diverse culinary and lifestyle amenities. Dining options will include an all-day diner, a specialty restaurant, a bar, and a lounge, catering to both leisure and business travelers.

Guests will have access to wellness and recreational facilities such as a spa, gym, and swimming pool, enhancing the resort’s appeal as a relaxation and rejuvenation destination.

The hotel will also feature expansive banqueting facilities spanning over 6,000 square feet, supported by versatile meeting rooms. This infrastructure positions the property as a suitable venue for social gatherings, weddings, and corporate events, aligning with Bengaluru’s growing demand for integrated event and hospitality spaces.
