Jaideep Ahlawat Purchases Second Rs 10 Crore Apartment in Mumbai's Andheri West

Bollywood actor Jaideep Ahlawat and his wife, Jyoti Hooda, have made headlines again with their second luxury apartment purchase in Mumbai’s upscale Andheri West within two months, bringing their total real estate investment to ₹20 crore. The latest acquisition, valued at ₹10 crore, was registered on June 12, 2025, in Poorna Apartments, according to property registration documents reviewed by Square Yards on the Inspector General of Registration (IGR) Maharashtra website. 

This new 14th-floor apartment is almost a twin of their May 2025 buy on the 13th floor of the same building. Both flats boast a roomy 1,950 sq. ft. carpet area and a 2,341 sq. ft. built-up space. The recent purchase comes with two parking spots, while their earlier one scored four. Each deal set them back ₹60 lakh in stamp duty and ₹30,000 in registration fees, pushing their total outlay past ₹21.2 crore.
