Trehan IRIS to Invest 1,300 Crore in Gurugram Project

Trehan IRIS will invest ₹1,300 crore to develop Omara, a wellness-focused luxury residential project in Gurugram, introducing longevity-centric living while strengthening the city’s premium housing market.

IRIS Trehan has announced its plans to invest ₹1,300 crore to launch the premium wellness project named ‘Omara’ in the city of Gurugram. ‘Omara’, situated in Sector 80, is a part of the developer’s prestigious launch in the premium housing category, and the project caters to the rising demands of the premium homes, keeping in mind the importance of health and sustainability. The investment also indicates the robustness of the luxury residential market in Gurugram.

Omara is introduced as the future residential development based on the theme of longevity living.
