Sonu Nigam sells Karjat land parcels worth Rs 1.95 cr

According to property registration documents Sonu Nigam sold several agricultural land parcels located in Maharashtra's Karjat region for a total value of ₹1.95 crore.

The transactions were completed through four separate deals which all registered on April 7 2026 to show his land holdings were sold through a planned and coordinated process.

The Raigad district properties include fertile paddy fields which local buyers purchased together with investors who show ongoing interest in rural real estate within the region.

The largest portion of land sold measured approximately 0.718 hectares and was valued at ₹75 lakh, while other parcels of varying sizes were sold for ₹50 lakh, ₹50 lakh, and ₹20 lakh respectively. The complete transactions required each party to pay stamp duty based on their property valuation.
