Singer Sonu Nigam has purchased a 258.33 sq ft office space in Mumbai’s Andheri West for ₹1 crore, according to property registration documents accessed by CRE Matrix. The transaction was registered on August 6, 2026, adding another commercial property deal to Nigam’s recent real estate activity.

The disclosed consideration for the property is ₹1 crore. Nigam also paid ₹6 lakh in stamp duty and ₹30,000 as the registration fee. Including these charges, the total disclosed cost of the transaction stands at approximately ₹1.06 crore. Based on the stated purchase value, the deal works out to around ₹38,710 per sq ft of carpet area.

The transaction adds to a series of property-related activities involving the singer in recent years. Mumbai’s established western suburbs, including Andheri, continue to attract demand for both residential and commercial properties, supported by their connectivity and proximity to major business and entertainment centres.

Nigam has also been involved in several other real estate transactions during 2026. In May, he sold 1.067 hectares of land in Karjat for ₹95 lakh, according to property registration records. In April, he sold multiple land parcels in the same region covering more than 1.9 hectares for a combined ₹1.95 crore.

Earlier this year, Nigam’s father, Agam Kumar Nigam, purchased a 1,197 sq m land parcel along with a ground-plus-one-floor residential and commercial structure in Mumbai’s Madh Island for ₹10 crore.

Nigam was also associated with a commercial property transaction in 2025. He leased a 4,257 sq ft commercial office space at Trade Centre BKC to Pattni Hospitality, which operates Downtown 29 cafe and bar, under a five-year agreement with a total rent exceeding ₹12.61 crore.

The latest purchase highlights continued activity in Mumbai’s commercial real estate market, where compact office spaces in established locations remain attractive to high-net-worth buyers and professionals seeking strategic business assets.
