Royal Orchid Hotels Acquires Property in Uttarakhand's Jim Corbett

Royal Orchid Hotels Ltd announced that it has signed a new resort in Jim Corbett, Uttarakhand, which will operate under the Regenta Place brand.

This move reflects the company’s plan to grow in popular leisure markets across India, serving both domestic and international travelers who want nature-based, hands-on experiences. The property is being developed by M/S VACAN HAUSS REALTY.

The design focuses on guest comfort while fitting in with the surrounding natural setting, with planned use by outdoor activity visitors, corporate groups, and leisure tourists.

Regenta Place Jim Corbett is planned to feature an on-site restaurant and bar, a 3,500-square-foot banquet hall designed for corporate retreats, weddings, and social events, and leisure facilities including a spa, swimming pool, and gym.
