
Actor, dancer, and choreographer Prabhu Deva has sold two apartments in Mumbai’s Mahalaxmi area for ₹14.80 crore, according to property registration records accessed by CRE Matrix.
The units, located on the 32nd and 33rd floors of the Minerva building, Mumbai’s tallest residential tower, measure 1,295 sq ft each, totaling 2,590 sq ft. He originally purchased them in December 2012 for ₹14.45 crore. The apartments were sold to Priya Ruparel and Manju Dange for ₹7.40 crore each, with a stamp duty of ₹74 lakh and registration fee of ₹30,000.

The deal was registered on March 13, 2026. The sale included four parking spaces. The Lokhandwala Minerva tower, part of the Lokhandwala Minerva complex, rises 301 metres with 79 floors, offering ultra-luxury apartments with views of Mahalaxmi Racecourse and the Arabian Sea.
The project faced possession delays, leading MahaRERA to direct the developer to pay interest to a homebuyer. The project received a part-occupation certificate in early 2023 and a registration extension until December 2024.
Recently, Bollywood actress Preity Zinta sold two apartments in Mumbai. She sold a Pali Hill, Bandra apartment for ₹18.50 crore, allotted to her in April 2025 after redevelopment.
Earlier, in November 2025, she sold a 1,474 sq ft apartment on the 11th floor of Rustomjee Parishram for over ₹14 crore. In 2024, actor Manoj Bajpayee and his wife Shabana Raza Bajpayee sold a unit in the same project for ₹9 crore, purchased originally in 2013 for ₹6.40 crore.
