Preity Zinta Sells Bandra Apartment for Rs. 14.08 Crore

Bollywood actress Preity Zinta has sold her Bandra apartment in Mumbai for Rs. 14.08 crore, according to property registration documents accessed by CRE Matrix.

The apartment, located on the 11th floor of Parishram by Rustomjee, measures 1,474 sq ft (carpet area) and includes two car-parking spaces.

Zinta had originally purchased the same property from Keystone Realtors (Rustomjee Group) in October 2023 for Rs. 17.01 crore, according to earlier documents cited by IndexTap.com. The sale was made to an individual named Vishal Kalyan Mirchanandi.

This move comes amid rising interest from celebrities and HNIs in premium Bandra assets, one of Mumbai’s most sought-after residential hubs.
