Omaxe Sells Rs 960 Crore in Luxury Homes & Commercial Units

Omaxe, a prominent Delhi-based real estate firm, has successfully sold 173 ultra-luxury homes and 120 commercial units in Faridabad, amounting to a total of Rs 960 crore in sales. The sales were a result of two of its new projects Omaxe Residences and The Grand Europe both of which have been fully sold out.

Omaxe Residences is a high-end residential development, consisting of six planned towers, three of which have already received RERA approval. The project aims to cater to the growing demand for premium housing in Faridabad by offering international-standard living spaces. The first phase alone saw all 173 units being sold within days, bringing in an impressive Rs 800 crore.

This project also brings a European-style high-street retail concept to the city, further elevating the commercial landscape in the region.

Both developments are part of the World Street by Omaxe project, a mixed-use urban ecosystem combining residential, commercial, and entertainment spaces. The estimated total investment in these projects is Rs 1,060 crore, a significant contribution to Faridabad's local real estate ecosystem.

These projects are strategically located in Sector 79 of Faridabad, which is well-connected to major infrastructure such as the Delhi–Mumbai Expressway, the upcoming Jewar Airport, and several metro stations, making them highly attractive to both end users and long-term investors.
