Lemon Tree Signs New Hotels in Bapatla and Bhilai

Lemon Tree Hotels has announced the signing of two new properties — Lemon Tree Resort, Bapatla (Andhra Pradesh) and Lemon Tree Hotel, Bhilai (Chhattisgarh) — further strengthening the group’s presence in these growing markets.

Both properties will be operated by Carnation Hotels, the company’s wholly owned subsidiary, reinforcing its expansion strategy across business and leisure destinations.

The upcoming Lemon Tree Resort, Bapatla will be located in the scenic coastal town known for Suryalanka Beach.

The resort is planned with 90 rooms, a restaurant, bar, extensive banquet and meeting facilities, and recreational offerings such as a swimming pool, spa, and fitness centre. The property enjoys strategic connectivity, with Vijayawada International Airport approximately 100 km away and Vijayawada Junction around 85 km away. It can also be accessed through various public and private transport networks.

Meanwhile, Lemon Tree Hotel, Bhilai will come up in the industrial city known for the iconic Bhilai Steel Plant. The hotel will feature 72 rooms, a restaurant, banquet and meeting spaces, and leisure amenities including a swimming pool and spa. It is well-connected to regional hubs, with Swami Vivekananda Airport, Raipur situated about 58 km away and Raipur Railway Station roughly 41 km from the site, supported by major road links.
