Lemon Tree Grows Central India Portfolio With Bhopal Hotel

Lemon Tree Hotels Limited has signed a new property under the Keys Select brand in Bhopal, expanding the company’s footprint in Madhya Pradesh. The hotel will be managed by Carnation Hotels Private Limited, the group’s wholly owned subsidiary that supervises its managed portfolio across India. This development further strengthens Lemon Tree’s growth strategy in central India; where both tourism and business travel continue to rise.

Located in the state capital, Keys Select by Lemon Tree Hotels, Bhopal is positioned to serve both business and leisure travellers. The city’s lakes, cultural centers and historical attractions contribute to year-round demand, enabling the hotel to tap into a diverse customer base.

The upcoming hotel will feature 50 rooms, a restaurant, and multiple event-oriented facilities such as a banquet hall, meeting room and conference space suited for corporate gatherings and social events. Its strategic location provides excellent connectivity, with Raja Bhoj Airport about 23 kilometres away and Rani Kamalapati Railway Station around 14 kilometres from the site. The property is also supported by strong public and private road networks.
