
Lemon Tree Hotels has expanded its portfolio with the signing of two new properties: Lemon Tree Hotel, Surat Airport and Keys Prima by Lemon Tree Hotels, Haridwar, strengthening its presence in Gujarat and Uttarakhand.
The Surat property will be managed by Carnation Hotels, the wholly owned subsidiary responsible for Lemon Tree’s operational management, while the Haridwar hotel will operate under a franchise model with Lemon Tree Hotels. Lemon Tree Hotel, Surat Airport will feature 110 rooms, a restaurant, meeting and banquet facilities, and recreation options such as a swimming pool and spa.

Strategically located near key commercial belts, the property sits just 1.6 km from Surat International Airport and around 16 km from Surat Railway Station, ensuring accessibility for business and transit travellers.
Keys Prima by Lemon Tree Hotels, Haridwar will offer 60 rooms, a restaurant, a conference hall, and leisure amenities including a fitness centre, spa, and swimming pool. Positioned close to Rajaji National Park and major religious sites, the hotel aims to cater to both leisure tourists and pilgrimage travellers. It is approximately 49 km from Jolly Grant Airport (Dehradun) and 12 km from Haridwar Railway Station, making it suitable for domestic and international visitors.
