
IHG Hotels & Resorts is accelerating the global expansion of its luxury and lifestyle portfolio with new openings under the Six Senses, Regent, Kimpton, InterContinental, and Vignette Collection brands across key international cities and resort destinations from 2025 to 2026.
Leading the wave is Six Senses London, the brand’s first UK property, featuring the debut of Six Senses Place, a private wellness-focused members’ club inside the restored Whiteley building. The pipeline continues with Six Senses Milan, Six Senses AMAALA in Saudi Arabia, and Six Senses Dubai The Palm, each blending sustainability, design innovation, and wellness-driven hospitality.
Key Highlights
The Kimpton brand will see debuts in Bali, Dubai, Rotterdam, Cascais, Mexico, and New York’s Rockefeller Centre, with features such as rooftop bars, wellness experiences, and nature-linked design.
Meanwhile, Regent Jeddah Corniche will introduce the first Regent property in the Middle East, bringing a 29-storey luxury landmark with sweeping Red Sea views.
IHG’s InterContinental brand will grow through major debuts and relaunches in Cape Town, Sydney Coogee Beach, Pokhara, Chitwan, Rabat, Abha, Grenada, and Colombo, reinforcing its global leadership in luxury hospitality. The dramatic Ciel Dubai Marina under the Vignette Collection—set to become the world’s tallest hotel—adds architectural significance to the pipeline.
