Cygnett Hotels Signs 50-Key Cozzet Khatu Shyam Deal

Cygnett Hotels & Resorts signs a 50-key Cozzet hotel in Ringas near Khatu Shyam, expanding its Rajasthan portfolio and targeting pilgrims, leisure travellers and transit guests with a mid-2027 opening.

Cygnett Hotels & Resorts have extended their portfolio in Rajasthan through a 50-key Cozzet Hotel in Ringas, which is near the highly frequented pilgrim site of Khatu Shyam. This expansion further bolsters Cygnett Hotels & Resorts' position in premium economy hospitality and is in line with their growth plans in pilgrim destinations and regional travel markets.

Cozzet Khatushyam is coming up at a distance of about 18 km from the Khatu Shyam Ji Temple, making it suitable for pilgrim travelers, family travelers, leisure travelers and transit travelers. The property has been developed in proximity of 100 meters from Ringas Railway Station and has direct accessibility to NH 52. This makes it easy for travelers to travel to Jaipur through roads and railway tracks. It is a brownfield project and will be open for customers from mid-2027.

The hotel would have 50 modern rooms in addition to other services meant to serve the needs of both short and long-term stay clients. The hotel’s facilities include a restaurant that offers food on a daily basis, health club and a swimming pool, which will ensure that the hotel serves travelers on religious, leisure and business grounds.

This development will also suit the increasing social and events clientele within the area. This facility will offer a 2,500 square feet space that will comfortably fit around 180 to 200 people. This facility is likely to be used for different functions such as weddings and corporate events.

It comes against the backdrop of the shrine evolving into a big pilgrim center in Rajasthan. According to information available in the statement, the shrine registered around 2.54 crore pilgrims in 2025. This heavy flow of people is also leading to more need for good hotels in the Khatu Shyam Ringas belt.

The company is still focusing on pilgrimage centers, transit centers, business centers, and new locations through an asset-light approach towards expansion.
