
ALIVAA Hotels and Resorts has announced new Ayali Riverside Resort Rishikesh as part of its leisure offerings, the fifth property the group has in the state and strengthens its hold there.
The Ayali Riverside Resort is located on the shores of Huvel River that is a tributary of Ganges and has independent cottages that are geared towards travellers in need of a peaceful stay near nature. The property is located in the foothills of the Himalayas, which give access to spiritual sites as well as adventure activities that characterize Rishikesh.

As people continue to travel to Uttarakhand, the city has developed into a wellness center, adventure center and a long stay destination. The venture will allow ALIVAA to provide a river-based experience that is affordable to such renowned attractions as Laxman Jhula and Neelkanth Mahadev Temple.
According to Akash Bhatia, Chief Executive Officer (M&F) at ALIVAA Hotels & Resorts, the addition is consistent with the experience-based stay concept within the group, and that the addition of the riverside location with the ALIVAA commercial and distribution network is likely to improve on value to customers and partners.
Founder and Chairman Vikramjit Singh emphasized that the tie-up is a manifestation of ALIVAA strategy of integrating asset potential and organized management behaviors, which creates long term opportunities to hotel owners.

Sandeep Kumar, Founder Ayali Hotels and Resorts, added that they will use the marketing and sales network of ALIVAA and retain the personalized guest experiences.
It is a continuation of the strategy of developing a cluster of properties in major leisure destinations in Uttarakhand to the ones that ALIVAA already has in Haridwar, Mussoorie, Lansdowne, Jim Corbett (coming) and the National Capital Region.
