Royal Orchid Signs Regenta Leisure Hotel in Jodhpur

Royal Orchid & Regenta Hotels Ltd. (ROHL) has announced the signing of a new leisure property, Regenta Hotel, Jodhpur, further strengthening its footprint in Rajasthan, one of India’s most culturally significant tourism markets.

The hotel will be operated under a hotel management agreement, in line with ROHL’s asset-light expansion strategy, and is scheduled to open by December 2029.

The property is being developed in partnership with Jodhana Real Home Private Limited & Shreeyukt and is positioned as a premium destination for leisure travellers, destination weddings, celebrations, and high-end social and corporate events.

Regenta Hotel, Jodhpur will feature spacious suite accommodations, curated dining offerings, comprehensive banqueting facilities, and wellness-oriented amenities, reinforcing the Regenta brand’s value-luxury proposition.

The hotel will house an all-day dining restaurant, a lobby bar, and a rooftop pool bar, enhancing its appeal as a lifestyle-led leisure destination. A major highlight of the development is its extensive conference and banquet infrastructure, designed to cater to large-scale weddings, social gatherings, and premium corporate events.

Banqueting facilities will include a 6,000 sq. ft. banquet hall connected to a 4,000 sq. ft. open terrace, a second 4,000 sq. ft. banquet hall, and three breakaway rooms, each measuring approximately 2,500 sq. ft. This flexible event layout positions the property strongly within Rajasthan’s thriving destination wedding and MICE ecosystem.
