Prajakta Mali Buys 6.4 Crore Flat in Goregaon's Oberoi Exquisite

Actor Prajakta Mali has purchased a luxury apartment at Oberoi Exquisite in Goregaon East, Mumbai, for ₹6.42 crore. The 996 sq ft property comes with four parking spaces, according to property registration records.

The property registration records show that actor Prajakta Mali has bought a luxurious apartment in Goregaon East for around ₹6.42 crore at Oberoi Exquisite in Mumbai. The transaction was registered on August 12, 2026.

The apartment is approximately 996 square feet in size with four parking spots. The property falls under the category of the highest class residential project at Oberoi Garden City, Goregaon East, " Oberoi Exquisite".  

This is the latest addition to the trend of investing in luxury homes in the old western suburbs of Mumbai. Goregaon East is emerging as a key residential and commercial destination, with connectivity, social facilities and its close proximity to employment hubs.

Oberoi Exquisite is one of the luxury residential projects by Oberoi Realty in the region. The development will provide luxury apartments and is located in the larger complex of the Oberoi Garden City.

The deal follows the ongoing frenzy of buying of luxury homes in Mumbai where celebrities, businessmen and other wealthy home buyers continue to make high-dollar transactions.

Oberoi Exquisite has also been involved in several such high-profile property dealerships. Actor Amitabh Bachchan sold two apartments in the development for ₹6 crore apiece in 2025. All the properties were reportedly around 1,820 sq ft of super built-up area with a provision of two parking spaces per property.

There have been other Bollywood name transactions in the development, as well. The premium values of the properties within the project were also witnessed by the past selling price of two adjacent apartments at Oberoi Exquisite for ₹15 crore by actor Ranveer Singh.

The recent transaction for Mali only further emphasizes the demand for luxury homes at established locations in Mumbai. People in this price range tend to consider several other things when making their purchase, including the project quality, amenities, connectivity, and location.

The deal at Oberoi Exquisite also highlights the fact that Goregaon East has become a hotspot for luxury real estate development. However, Mali's ₹6.42 crore deal marks another other high-dollar transaction in the city's swanky real estate market, and also further underscores the ongoing demand for mainstream luxury residential projects in Mumbai.
