Mahindra Lifespace Buys SSPL Land in North Bengaluru

Mahindra Lifespace Developers Ltd. has signed a Share Purchase Agreement (SPA) to acquire 100% equity in Shreyas Stones Private Limited (SSPL), unlocking a premium development opportunity with a Gross Development Value (GDV) of Rs. 1,100 crore.

This acquisition significantly strengthens the company’s presence in North Bengaluru, one of the city’s fastest-growing and most strategic real estate corridors. SSPL owns approximately 8.79 acres of prime land in Navaratna Agrahara Village, strategically located off the Bengaluru-Hyderabad Highway and close to the Kempegowda International Airport.
