Mahindra Lifespaces Wins Rs. 1,250 Cr Mulund Redevelopment Deal

On Friday (June 27) realty firm, Mahindra Lifespace Developers Ltd (MLDL) announced it is selected as the developer to undertake redevelopment of St. Pius Ten CHS Ltd, a premium housing society in Mulund (West) in Mumbai.

It is approximated that the gross development value of the project will be around Rs. 1250 crore. On June 26, 2025, the company was given the formal intimation. This redevelopment will cover a plot of land of 3.08 acres. The location includes superior connection as it is only 1.4km away to the upcoming Mumbai Metro Line 5, 800m towards the Goregaon-Mulund Link Road.

It has also easy access to the Eastern Express Highway and the Mulund- Airoli Bridge via which there is easy access to travel to Navi Mumbai and other business destinations.

In February this year, real estate developer Mahindra Lifespace Developers announced that it had been chosen to be part of redevelopment of three residential complexes in Mumbai. The redevelopment project is to be implemented in Lokhandwala Complex located in Andheri West of Mumbai. The GDV of the project is estimated at about Rs. 950 crore.

“We hereby inform you that, pursuant to regulatory processes, the Company has been chosen as the developer for the redevelopment of three residential societies in Lokhandwala Complex, Andheri West, Mumbai. This project offers an estimated Gross Development Value of approximately ₹950 crore. The intimation to this effect has been received on 3rd February 2025,” the company said.
