Brigade Cherry Blossom Plots Launched in East Bengaluru

Brigade Group has announced the launch of Brigade Cherry Blossom, a premium plotted development in Malur, East Bengaluru, with a projected revenue potential exceeding Rs. 225 crore.

The 20-acre project spans 4.51 lakh sq. ft. and comprises 338 plots in standard sizes of 30x40 ft. and 30x50 ft. Developed through a joint venture, the project reflects Brigade’s strategy of creating integrated neighborhoods in emerging growth corridors. Malur’s strategic location near major infrastructure developments enhances its investment appeal. The location offers strong connectivity to Whitefield, Sarjapur, and Hoskote, making it attractive for both investors and end-users.
