Bengaluru's real estate giant Brigade Group has launched its newest ultra-premium residential project, Brigade Avalon, along Whitefield Main Road. Spanning 4.36 acres, the complex will have 206 luxury 3BHK and 4BHK apartments and is likely to generate more than Rs.1,000 crore in revenues.
The complex covers around 6.4 lakh square feet of area and combines contemporary living with hybrid work facilities through flexible home-office spaces.
Avalon will also include a clubhouse with premium amenities for all age groups, in keeping with Brigade's commitment to developing complete, lifestyle-centric communities.

The launch follows Brigade Group's recent expansion in East Bengaluru, where it entered into a residential development agreement for a 20-acre land parcel along Whitefield-Hoskote Road, with a development value of Rs.2,700 crore. The Group also entered into a joint development agreement for a plotted project with a GDV of Rs.175 crore launched in April.
Presently, Brigade Group is developing a residential pipeline of 12.61 million sq ft across Bengaluru, Chennai, and Hyderabad, marking ongoing aggressive forays in the real estate market in South India.
