Bollywood Actor John Abraham Rents 3 Mumbai Apartments for Rs. 6 lakh/Month

Bollywood actor John Abraham has rented three apartments in The Sea Glimpse Co-operative Housing Society at Bandstand in Bandra.

The three apartments, in The Sea Glimpse Co-operative Housing Society at Bandstand, were rented out on May 29. The lease includes a stamp royalty of around Rs. 1.12 lakh, and a registration fee of Rs. 1,000, plus Rs. 36 lakh as a security deposit.

The documents pointed out that the rental agreement includes a rent of Rs. 6.30 lakh per month for the first four years of the lease, and Rs. 8 lakh for the last year.

The apartments were rented by two individuals named Varun Talukdar and Pooja Gupta, documents show.

Bandra is regarded as one of the well-established and premium real estate marketplaces in Mumbai. Bandra comprises prime residential units and commercial properties. The locality has a number of ultra-high-net-worth and public figures, including movie stars such as Shah Rukh Khan, Salman Khan, Janhvi Kapoor, Tripti Dimri, and Ranbir Kapoor.
