AU Real Estate Secures Aspire Leisure Valley Phase 2 Rights from NBCC

AU​‍​‌‍​‍‌​‍​‌‍​‍‌ Real Estate has secured selling rights for the two residential developments, Aspire Leisure Valley Phase 2, a deluxe residential project by NBCC (India) Ltd., and Aspire Centurion Park in a Rs 1,069 crore deal.

Earlier, in May 2025, the company had made a move in the same market by obtaining selling rights for Aspire Silicon City at a price of Rs 1,467.93 crore thus, deepening its presence in the NCR real estate market.

AU Real Estate is now ready to unveil the project of leisure valley in Greater Noida West with the first offer coming at a price of RS 7,979 per sq. ft. With a focus on transparency in operations and a service-led approach, the company is establishing the project as an aspirational lifestyle destination that meets the needs of contemporary homebuyers.
