Marathon Launches Rs. 370 Cr Residential Towers in Bhandup

Marathon Nextgen Realty, a Mumbai-based real estate developer, has launched three new residential towers in Bhandup with a combined Gross Development Value (GDV) of Rs. 370 crore.

The announcement, made on November 13, marks a significant expansion of the company’s Neohomes portfolio in the eastern suburbs.

The new launch includes a residential project within the 6.5-acre Neo Park layout, spread across 5,100 sq. m and offering around 1.2 lakh sq. ft. of saleable carpet area, valued at Rs. 200 crore.

Additionally, the company has introduced the second tower of Neovalley Narmada and the third tower of Neo Park Ashoka, together adding another 1 lakh sq. ft. of saleable area with an estimated GDV of Rs. 170 crore.

In total, the three towers deliver 2.2 lakh sq. ft. of residential supply, reinforcing Marathon’s aggressive development strategy in Bhandup. The company has already delivered over 700 Neohomes in the area, with Neosquare receiving its Occupation Certificate (OC) and subsequent phases nearing completion.

Bhandup's rising popularity as a residential location is driven by significant infrastructure upgrades, including the Goregaon–Mulund Link Road and the upcoming Shangrila Metro Station, boosting connectivity across Mumbai’s eastern corridor.
