Land information will provide confidence to developers, banks, and investors who are involved in the expanding real estate sector of the kingdom.
The registration campaign comes along with various reforms that have been enacted recently by the Saudi government in an effort to modernize its property industry. This is through enactment of the new Foreign Real Estate Ownership Law, as well as the establishment of the Saudi Properties website platform where foreign citizens can apply for property ownership.
