
NVIDIA has established its permanent presence in India through its substantial real estate acquisition of office space in Bengaluru. The company has taken on approximately 7.6 lakh square feet of office space in the city’s Mahadevpura area, making it one of the biggest office leasing deals in India’s commercial real estate sector this year.
The office space occupies 12 floors at Bagmane Capital's Memphis South Tower. The lease agreement which started on April 1 2026 has a total value exceeding ₹1230 crore for duration of 10 years. The company will pay a starting monthly rent of around ₹8.59 crore which includes a contract that allows for a 15 percent rent increase every three years. NVIDIA has submitted a security deposit of about ₹34.35 crore to complete the contract.

Premium Grade-A office spaces in Mahadevpura and Outer Ring Road continue to experience demand because of significant business transactions occurring in those areas.
