Malaika Arora Makes Big Profit on Andheri West Luxury Flat Sale

Actor Malaika Arora has sold her Andheri West luxury flat in Mumbai for Rs.5.30 crore, according to property registration documents perused by Squareyards. The registered deal represents a gain of around Rs. 2.04 crore, or a 62 percent increase, over her initial buy price of Rs.3.26 crore in March 2018.

Situated in the premium Runwal Elegante scheme in Lokhandwala Complex, Andheri West, the flat has a total carpet area of 1,369 sq. ft. and built-up area of 1,643 sq. ft. Car parking space is also being sold along with it with stamp duty of Rs. 31.08 lakh and registration charges of Rs. 30,000.
