Nila Spaces partners with DreamSpan to integrate sleep, recovery and bedroom-environment technology across its Vida and Prana projects, advancing wellness-focused residential design and smart-home living.
Nila Spaces has entered into a partnership with DreamSpan to incorporate cutting-edge technology related to sleep, recovery, and the bedroom environment in its residential communities. This partnership starts with the Vida and Prana projects of Nila Spaces and is aimed at making sleep technology an intrinsic part of the residential experience.
The value of this technology integration under the first agreement is worth ₹25 crore for both projects, while there is scope for increasing the size of the partnership up to ₹100 crore as more products and services become available. DreamSpan will act as the sleep-tech partner for Nila Spaces, providing sleep analysis, environmental monitoring and recovery technologies in a residential setting.

Vida residents and potential buyers will have the chance to experience DreamSpan technology in a real living space. This project will provide consumers with the insight on how smart sleep technologies can impact the bedroom environment and make it more technologically enabled.
At Prana, Nila Spaces' wellness-inspired housing development in GIFT City, the technology has been designed to be implemented in all bedrooms. These sleep technology components will work in harmony with other wellness components of the project that include biophilic design, fresh air systems, and rooms dedicated to wellness and longevity.
DreamSpan incorporates sensors and a mattress system in its technology, along with sleep analytics and environment monitoring. DreamSpan’s Lucid Pro technology enables dual-zone thermal control of temperatures between 13 °C and 44 °C and monitors the bedroom environment in terms of eCO₂, humidity, temperature, and particulate matter. This technology is also capable of tracking the various phases of sleep, heart-rate variability, and resting heart rate.
Such collaboration signifies an overall trend in the field of residential real estate whereby the concept of wellness is gradually finding its way into the design of homes and not just the traditional forms of amenities like fitness centres, swimming pools, and spas. The incorporation of technology into bedrooms will help improve the indoor environmental quality and sleep as a whole.
According to Deep Vadodaria, CEO of Nila Spaces, “The goal of our partnership is to help integrate sleep and recovery into wellness-based residential design.” Nila Spaces hopes to understand the state of the bedrooms and employ technology to show the impact of the environment on the quality of sleep.

According to Abhishek Sahu, the Founder & CEO of DreamSpan, this partnership will take sleep technologies out of the realm of consumer products and into the larger arena of the residence itself, making the bedroom a significant element in home design.
Nila Spaces and DreamSpan can therefore be seen as an example of the ongoing convergence between the real estate market and smart-home technologies. In the light of how technological advancements are increasingly being applied to residences across the board, sleep-related products may find increasing application in India’s premium housing market.
