Kartik Aaryan Expands Real Estate Portfolio in Alibaug

Actor Kartik Aaryan has made his initial land purchase, acquiring a 2,000 sq. ft. plot for Rs.2 crore at Chateau de Alibaug, a luxury coastal project by The House of Abhinandan Lodha (HoABL). It is an expansion of his increasing portfolio of real estate assets.

"Alibaug has emerged as one of the hottest places to invest today — near Mumbai, and I'm going to construct my own house there. It is the first time I'm investing in land, and with complete faith in The House of Abhinandan Lodha. I'm happy that I made this investment." said Aaryan in a statement.

He becomes part of an increasing list of celebrities opting for Alibaug for luxury lifestyle allure and proximity to Mumbai. Interestingly, Amitabh Bachchan bought a 10,000 sq. ft. plot for Rs.10 crore in 2024, while Kriti Sanon also bought a 2,000 sq. ft. plot through HoABL's Sol de Alibaug venture.

"Kartik's investment is a testimony to the fast picking up of popularity of Alibaug as a favored destination for Mumbaikars to construct luxurious residences." stated Abhinandan Lodha, Chairman of HoABL.

The project provides carefully designed amenities such as a pool deck, rooftop garden, reflexology track, and twin clubhouses. CEO Samujjwal Ghosh pointed out that Alibaug is now positioned as a second 'first home' destination because of its seaside charm and improved connectivity through the Mumbai Trans Harbour Link (MTHL).

Aaryan's previous real estate transactions are a Rs.17.5 crore apartment in Mumbai in 2023 and a leased Juhu flat for Rs.4.5 lakh every month in 2024.
