Innov8, a leading co-working and managed office space provider in India, has announced plans to add 11,000 new seats across India in FY26, with a focus on commercial hubs in western and southern regions.
This expansion underscores rising demand for flexible workspaces among startups, enterprises, and remote professionals. In Mumbai, over 5,500 seats will be added in prime areas like Andheri East, Ghatkopar, Vikhroli, Lower Parel, Navi Mumbai, and Thane.
Key Highlights
In Pune, new capacity will be introduced in Baner, Viman Nagar, and the CBD. In the southern region, Innov8 will add 4,500+ seats across Hyderabad (Hi-Tech City, Financial District), Bangalore (Outer Ring Road, CBD), and Chennai (OMR, Pallavaram–Thoraipakkam Road, CBD).
The rest of the new capacity will be spread across Delhi, Gurgaon, and Noida, where Innov8 is rapidly growing to meet escalating workspace needs.
Innov8’s centers feature modern aesthetics, ergonomic furniture, collaborative zones, and wellness areas, designed to optimize productivity and comfort. Facilities include high-speed internet, AV equipment, and secure access, attracting clients like Honda Motors, BBC, PhonePe, Ola and Swiggy.
Following recent fundraising success and major center launches in Navi Mumbai and Andheri, Innov8 plans to double its center count and add 4 million sq ft over three years, focusing on Grade A buildings. The firm’s operational efficiency enables competitive pricing with high ROI per sq ft, reinforcing its position as a top flexible workspace provider.
