Byit Enters UAE with AI Real Estate Solutions

The Egypt-based company Byit which operates in the proptech industry has launched its services in the United Arab Emirates to establish its first footstep toward Gulf region market expansion. The company develops AI-powered solutions which enable businesses to simplify their international real estate transaction processes. The company aims to strengthen connections between Egyptian property developers and GCC-based investors through advanced technology-driven brokerage solutions.

Entrepreneur Antoine Azer established Byit in 2022 to create an agent-first brokerage platform which provides real estate brokers with technological solutions and data insights and increased commission rates. The startup announced that it has established Byit Ventures in the UAE to facilitate international property investments and improve transaction efficiency across regional markets.

The expansion comes shortly after Byit secured a $1.1 million funding round backed by investors including A15 and Beltone Holding. The company representatives announced that the funds will support their efforts to develop new technologies and expand their operations throughout the Gulf Cooperation Council countries.

Byit has developed new AI tools which enable brokers to match properties and receive tailored suggestions and conduct real-time market research and manage client interactions and improve their operational effectiveness. The system employs artificial intelligence to study market patterns and customer buying behavior, which enables brokers to enhance their conversion rates and achieve faster sales results.

According to the company Byit currently collaborates with more than 40000 freelance brokers and more than 450 developer partners and around 1000 real estate projects which they have mapped. The platform model has been designed to enhance three specific areas which include transparency, operational efficiency, and international accessibility for the real estate brokerage system.

The company has confirmed its plans to keep expanding its operations throughout the GCC region while targeting Saudi Arabia as its next strategic market. Byit will develop its regional operations to create stronger real estate investment connections between Egypt and Gulf countries while supporting proptech development across the region.
