Bharti Real Estate Unveils World St. at Worldmark

Bharti Real Estate has launched World St. as a new dining and lifestyle destination at Worldmark located in Aerocity New Delhi which will transform the social and business landscape of the city. The project which operates as "The Social Spine of Worldmark" will establish a lively business area that lets people walk between workspaces and entertainment venues and cultural sites and hotel facilities. The launch reflects the company’s broader vision of creating integrated urban ecosystems rather than standalone commercial developments

World St. extends its length through Worldmark 4 and Worldmark 5 and Worldmark 6 which together create a total distance of almost 500 meters. The development features landscaped walkways together with alfresco dining spaces and green courtyards and art installations and curated street furniture which all serve to promote social interaction while keeping visitors on the premises longer.The promenade creates a continuous pathway which links different commercial areas with hospitality spaces to establish a vibrant environment that merges business activities with entertainment and lifestyle experiences.

The project features its main attraction through the introduction of multiple global food and drink brands that will establish their first presence in India. The internationally recognized American-Italian restaurant chain Olive Garden which Darden Restaurants owns represents one of the new food outlets. The international food and cultural marketplace Time Out Market will open its first Indian location at World St. The space will cover approximately 24,500 square feet and include 11 kitchens, two bars, areas for live performances, private event spaces, and seating that accommodate more than 500 people.

The project will raise Aerocity to become India's upcoming global business district according to Bharti Real Estate. The executives of the company declared that World St. serves as a destination for office workers and also attracts visitors and food lovers and local residents who want upscale social and lifestyle activities. The initiative demonstrates a developing commercial real estate trend where developers create "experience-led" destinations which merge retail with hospitality and entertainment and public areas into complete urban spaces.

World St. also forms part of the larger Worldmark expansion strategy, through which Bharti Real Estate plans to develop nearly 17 million square feet of integrated office, retail, and entertainment spaces across multiple phases in Aerocity. The comprehensive project development includes high-end office towers combined with premium street-level retail and shopping centers and facilities that support modern lifestyle needs, which together will transform Delhi into an international business center.
