Bengaluru-headquartered realty major Brigade Group has entered into Joint Development Agreements (JDAs) for two new residential developments in Hyderabad's Moti Nagar, which have a built-up value potential of over Rs.970 crore.
The two developments, Brigade Citadel 2 and Citadel 3 will cover an area of more than 1 million square feet and offer 405 high-end 3BHK and 4 BHK apartments conceived in low-rise enclaves, as per the company in a July 29 regulatory filing.
Key Highlights:
“This growth is a strategic move towards our scalable and sustainable development in Hyderabad. Our goal is to provide high-quality, premium living experiences. These beautifully crafted luxury apartments are our vision to build lasting communities and iconic landmarks that redefine Hyderabad's skyline.” stated Amar Mysore, Executive Director, Brigade Enterprises Limited.
Situated in the center of popular Moti Nagar micromarket in central Hyderabad, the projects offer open green areas and infrequent low-rise development plan, which will provide the premium living experience.

The new Hyderabad projects reflect Brigade's continued growth trajectory. Recently, the firm saw the launch of Brigade Avalon, an ultra-premium housing project in Bengaluru's Whitefield, spanning 6.4 lakh square feet and expected to generate revenue of over Rs.1,000 crore.
Brigade also entered an agreement in January to develop a large residential project along Whitefield-Hoskote Road under its subsidiary, Ananthay Properties Private Limited. Spread over 20 acres with saleable area of 2.5 million sq ft, the project has development potential of Rs.2,700 crore, at a land cost of around ₹630 crore.
These developments indicate Brigade Group's ongoing emphasis on expanding high-value residential products in core urban markets.
