The upcoming office projects of Brigade are being developed at different stages in locations such as Bengaluru, Chennai, Hyderabad, Trivandrum, and Kochi. A significant number of new real estate projects have been placed in Bengaluru making up about 50 percent of all new developments. Most upcoming office buildings will contain extensive office parks distributed throughout these cities. Tata Workers is establishing more offices in Gujarat's GIFT City through the completion of its 314,500 sq ft commercial project followed by starting construction on another 41,500 sq ft office space in the second phase.
“We have tied up parcels of land across these cities. All of the 8 million sq ft is under construction, and we will launch the spaces once we receive the occupancy certificates (OC). Brigade Group is targeting growth in North Bengaluru, where land prices have surged and the residential market remains robust. Brigade Group is set to expand its commercial portfolio with the addition of 8 million sq ft of office space,” said Nirupa Shankar, joint managing director, Brigade Group.
The company continues increasing its footprint in East Bengaluru's IT hub located in Whitefield. The real estate company acquired 4.4 acres of land in this location to build residential premises which have 0.6 million sq ft of development potential. This development project has an estimated Gross Development Value potential of Rs.950 crore. BuzzWorks of Brigade operates its shared work spaces with 8,000 seats available at multiple locations. The upcoming year will see the company increase its seat capacity by two times until it reaches 1 lakh seats in 2030. The hotel operations of Brigade Group consist of nine properties and the company plans to establish five additional hotels within the upcoming years.
