Brigade Group Set to Launch 1st Plotted Project in East Bengaluru - Targets Rs. 175 Crore

Brigade Group, a real estate developer located in Bengaluru, stated that it has inked a collaborative development agreement for a new plotted development project in East Bengaluru with a Gross Development Value (GDV) of Rs. 175 crore.

According to the firm, it has a 0.45 million square foot overall development potential.

Residential plots will be available as part of Brigade's first East Bengaluru plotted development.

An agreement worth Rs. 2700 crore was struck by the Group in January to build a residential land parcel on Whitefield-Hoskote Road.

Through its subsidiary Ananthay Properties Private Limited, the residential project will span 20 acres, have a total saleable area of roughly 2.5 million square feet, and cost roughly Rs. 630 crore in land.

Brigade Insignia, a high-end residential development in Yelahanka, Bengaluru, with a potential income of Rs. 1100 crore, was also introduced by the business in June 2024. The Brigade Insignia is made up of six towers on a 6-acre plot of land that house 379 units of 3, 4, and 5 BHK flats.

 “We continue to identify high-potential land parcels that align with our long-term vision of creating well-planned communities with a focus on quality, sustainability, and innovation,” Pavitra Shankar, managing director of Brigade Enterprises Limited, said.

She said that Malur is becoming a preferred residential location due to its location near major infrastructure projects like the Satellite Town Ring Road (STRR) and the Chennai Expressway. “With improving infrastructure and better connectivity, more homebuyers are looking at affordable housing options outside the main city,” she said.
