Azerbaijan, S Korea Explore Digital Land Systems Tie-up

Azerbaijan and South Korea are exploring deeper cooperation in the field of digital cadaster and real estate registration systems, which both countries use to modernize land management through advanced technological solutions.

A delegation from Azerbaijan's State Service on Property Issues which operates under the Ministry of Economy visited South Korea to establish partnerships with important Korean organizations. The discussions focused on building better ties between the two countries through their shared interest in cadastral systems and geodesy and national spatial data infrastructure development. 

Azerbaijani officials received training from South Korean officials who demonstrated South Korea's advanced digital solutions and operational frameworks for property registration and land administration.

The Azerbaijani delegation presented their digital platforms and software systems which they use for real estate registration and cadaster management. The two countries engaged in a knowledge exchange which created opportunities for both nations to share their digital transformation expertise and best practices.

The discussions concluded with both sides agreeing to strengthen cooperation and continue knowledge-sharing initiatives in this domain. The partnership will assist Azerbaijan in its endeavor to update property registration systems because it will help the country achieve international standards.
