Wyndham Signs Dolce Resorts in Goa & Udaipur, India

Wyndham enters India with two Dolce resorts in Goa and Udaipur

Wyndham Hotels & Resorts has signed two Dolce by Wyndham resorts in Goa and Udaipur, marking the brand’s official debut in India and expanding Wyndham’s footprint in the upscale leisure hospitality segment.

The dual signing supports Wyndham’s long-term India growth strategy, driven by rising demand for premium leisure travel, destination weddings, MICE, and experience-led stays.

Both properties—Dolce by Wyndham Resort Goa and Dolce by Wyndham Resort Udaipur—will be developed by Fine Acers Group, led by Dinesh Yadav, and are scheduled to open in 2030.

Key Highlights

  • Dolce by Wyndham debuts in India with resorts in Goa and Udaipur
  • Properties target luxury leisure, weddings, and MICE demand
  • Partnership with Fine Acers Group strengthens Wyndham’s India expansion

The projects align with India’s expanding luxury hospitality and resort real estate market, catering to domestic and international travellers. India’s tourism and hospitality industry is projected to reach nearly US$60 billion by 2028, supported by infrastructure growth, rising disposable incomes, and a preference for branded premium hotels.

The Goa resort, near Keri Beach, will offer around 200 rooms and suites, multiple dining venues, large event and meeting spaces, a wellness spa, pools, a kids’ zone, and exclusive beach access—targeting weddings, leisure stays, and corporate offsites. Goa remains a top leisure and wedding market with strong year-round demand and room rates.

The Udaipur resort, set in the Aravalli hills at Kodiyat, will feature 250 rooms, banquet halls, landscaped lawns, dining venues, meeting facilities, a spa, health club, and outdoor pool. Wyndham already operates five hotels in Udaipur.

Commenting on the signing, Rahool Macarius, Market Managing Director – Eurasia, Wyndham Hotels & Resorts, said: “The signing of Dolce Goa and Dolce Udaipur marks the entry of the Dolce brand in India, a market where destination-led leisure, weddings and meetings are increasingly shaping travel choices. Goa and Udaipur are iconic destinations with enduring appeal and a growing preference for experience-led stays. Dolce’s focus on thoughtful design, culinary depth and spaces for meaningful gatherings makes it a natural fit for Wyndham’s upscale growth strategy in India.”

Dinesh Yadav, Principal, Fine Acers Group, added: “The signing of Dolce Resorts in Goa and Udaipur reflects our confidence in India’s premium leisure and destination wedding markets. These projects reinforce our commitment to developing iconic hospitality destinations in partnership with Wyndham Hotels & Resorts.”
