Ramada Plaza by Wyndham to Open in Dubai's Al Barsha

Luxuria Hotel Management has announced plans to open a Ramada Plaza by Wyndham hotel in Dubai’s Al Barsha district, further expanding the presence of both Luxuria and Wyndham Hotels & Resorts in one of the city’s key hospitality markets.

The project is being developed in collaboration with Wyndham Hotels & Resorts and will cater to both business and leisure travellers.

The upcoming Ramada Plaza by Wyndham Al Barsha will feature 137 guest rooms and suites, designed to meet the needs of modern urban travellers.

Planned amenities include an all-day dining restaurant, a rooftop swimming pool, a fully equipped gym, and a spa, offering a balanced mix of comfort and leisure.

Strategically located near the Mall of the Emirates and Sheikh Zayed Road, the hotel will offer convenient access to major business districts and popular leisure destinations across Dubai. The location positions the property to benefit from strong demand driven by corporate travel, retail tourism, and events.
