Wyndham Hotels & Resorts has expanded its footprint in India’s upscale leisure hospitality segment with the signing of two Dolce by Wyndham resort projects in Goa and Udaipur, marking the brand’s debut in the country.
The developments are being undertaken in partnership with Fine Acers Group and strengthen Wyndham’s presence in India’s premium destination and resort hospitality market.
Key Highlights
The Goa resort will be built at Keri Beach and will have approximately 200 rooms and suites as well as a full array of recreational amenities such as dining options, wellness and recreational facilities, pools, and large event venue spaces, catering to leisure travellers, groups and events.

The Udaipur resort will be built at Kodiyat and will consist of approximately 250 guest rooms. The Udaipur resort will include banquet facility for conferences, signature restaurants, and wellness amenities making this resort a premier wedding, corporate event and leisure tourism destination in Rajasthan's luxury hospitality market.
Wyndham will operate both resorts as part of the Dolce by Wyndham brand. Dolce by Wyndham is known globally as a hospitality brand for providing upscale accommodations and extensive event infrastructure. Wyndham anticipates that both resorts will be open prior to 2030 as part of Wyndham's long term expansion in the rapidly growing hotel market in India.
