
Treebo Hospitality Ventures (THV) has announced the signing of a new Mercure hotel in Siliguri, West Bengal, under its master franchise partnership with Accor and InterGlobe.
This expansion brings Accor’s global midscale brand to one of East India’s key business and transit destinations, serving both corporate and leisure travellers visiting North Bengal, Sikkim, and the Northeastern states. Siliguri, often called the Gateway to the Eastern Himalayas, connects key regions such as Darjeeling, Sikkim, and the Northeast, attracting a diverse traveller profile, including business professionals, project teams, families, and adventure enthusiasts.

The upcoming 50-key Mercure Siliguri will feature well-appointed rooms, a multi-cuisine restaurant, modern meeting and banquet facilities, and amenities tailored for both business and leisure stays. The design will blend global standards of service with a locally inspired aesthetic, reflecting the region’s warmth and culture.
