IHG Hotels & Resorts has signed a new management agreement with Four Vedas Hotels & Resorts Private Limited to open Holiday Inn Siliguri, a landmark moment in the brand's expansion into high-growth secondary markets in India.
Due to open in 2027, the hotel will be centrally situated in the heart of Siliguri, West Bengal — one of North-East India's principal commercial entry points and a key trade route to Nepal, Bangladesh, and Bhutan.
The hotel will offer 111 rooms, three restaurants, a health club, and versatile meeting facilities designed to cater to business, MICE, and leisure travelers. It will also offer Holiday Inn's next-generation Open Lobby concept, which will deliver an interactive and multifunctional lounge where guests can chill out, work, or dine.
