Tiger Shroff Sells Khar Apartment for Rs. 15.6 Crore

Bollywood actor Tiger Shroff has sold his luxury apartment in Khar, Mumbai, for Rs. 15.60 crore, recording a profit of nearly 31 percent on the property.

According to documents reviewed by Square Yards, Shroff originally purchased the apartment in 2018 for Rs. 11.62 crore. The property is located in the upscale Rustomjee Paramount complex, one of Khar’s sought-after residential developments. The apartment, situated on the 22nd floor, has a carpet area of 1,989.72 sq. ft. and a built-up area of 2,189 sq. ft. The deal also included three car parking spaces.
