The Fern Hotels Signs New Thekkady Residency with Marriott

The Fern Hotels & Resorts has announced the signing of The Fern Residency Thekkady, a new property located in Thekkady, Idukki district of Kerala, under the Series by Marriott brand.

This addition strengthens the group’s presence in South India, with the total number of operational and upcoming properties in the region now at 14.

The new hotel will feature 50 thoughtfully designed rooms and suites, offering a refined stay experience catering to both business and leisure travellers.
