Dubai Real Estate Deals Cross AED 10.68B in Just One Week

Dubai records more than AED 10.68 billion in real estate transactions in one week, including AED 7.11 billion in sales. The figures reflect continued investor and buyer demand across residential, luxury and commercial property segments.

Dubai’s real estate market records more than AED 10.68 billion in transactions during the latest weekly period, reflecting continued activity across property sales and other real estate dealings. Sales transactions account for AED 7.11 billion of the total, highlighting sustained demand across the emirate’s property market.

The latest figures reinforce Dubai’s position as one of the region’s most active real estate markets. Strong transaction volumes continue to be supported by demand for residential properties, investment assets and new developments, while Dubai’s expanding population and business environment continue to underpin property activity.

According to the weekly data, sales contribute the largest portion of the total transaction value at AED 7.11 billion. The remaining value comes from other registered real estate transactions, reflecting activity across different segments of the property market.

The performance comes against a backdrop of sustained momentum in Dubai’s real estate sector. Earlier in 2026, the Dubai Land Department reported AED 252 billion in total real estate transactions during the first quarter, representing a 31% year-on-year increase in value. Real estate investments during the quarter reach AED 173 billion, while foreign investment value rises to AED 148.35 billion.

Residential and luxury properties remain important contributors to Dubai’s property market. The emirate continues to attract international investors seeking exposure to its established real estate ecosystem, infrastructure and business-friendly environment. The first-quarter figures also show strong demand for luxury real estate, with investments in the segment reaching AED 87.71 billion.

Commercial property is also supporting the market’s broader expansion. During the first half of 2026, Dubai’s commercial real estate transaction value reaches AED 65.23 billion, an 8.5% increase from the previous year. The office segment emerges as the leading contributor, while retail activity also gains momentum.

The latest weekly performance indicates that investor and buyer interest remains resilient despite wider regional economic and geopolitical uncertainties. Dubai’s continued infrastructure development, international connectivity and growing business ecosystem are supporting demand across multiple property categories.

The latest transaction value therefore adds to a broader pattern of sustained activity in Dubai’s real estate sector. With residential, luxury and commercial segments continuing to attract capital, the market remains an important pillar of the emirate’s economic growth and investment landscape.
