The group now operates and is set to open a total of seven hotels in Pune, reinforcing the city’s importance within its western India growth strategy.

The Fern Habitat Pune is positioned as an Apartotel, a concept that merges the independence of apartment-style accommodation with the services and amenities of a modern hotel. Designed for extended stays as well as short business visits, the property features 33 thoughtfully planned rooms and suites across three categories. Each unit is designed for functionality and comfort, offering modern in-room amenities that support both work and relaxation.

Dining at the hotel is anchored by The Canteen, an all-day multi-cuisine restaurant serving a curated mix of local and international flavours, alongside savouries and snacks.
