Praveer Sinha, CEO and Managing Director of Tata Power, and his wife Ritu Ahuja Sinha have purchased a luxury apartment in Mumbai’s prestigious Raheja Modern Vivarea project at Mahalaxmi for Rs. 17.50 crore, according to property documents accessed by real estate analytics firm Liases Foras.

The agreement, registered on October 27, 2025, lists the 31st-floor apartment with a carpet area of 2,181 sq ft and balcony space of 78 sq ft, totaling 2,259 sq ft.

Located in the Raheja Modern Vivarea South Tower, part of phase 2 of the project, the development is RERA-registered with possession slated for September 2028. The tower offers panoramic views of the Arabian Sea, Willingdon Golf Course, and Mahalaxmi Race Course.

Raheja Modern Vivarea has become a hotspot for high-value transactions. Earlier this year, Althera Pharma CEO Sanjeev Agarwal bought three luxury apartments worth Rs. 72 crore, while in 2024, Nirmal Bang Securities’ promoter Kishore Bang purchased two flats for Rs. 45.69 crore, as per documents accessed by Zapkey.com.
