Amitabh Bachchan Rents Three Andheri Floors for 33 Lakh a Month

Amitabh Bachchan has leased three floors of a commercial building in Mumbai’s Andheri West to nutrition brand TruNativ for ₹33 lakh per month. The five-year agreement covers 8,428 sq ft and is valued at ₹21.88 crore.

Bollywood actor Amitabh Bachchan has leased three upper floors of the Signature building in Oshiwara, Andheri West, Mumbai, to nutrition brand TruNativ F&B Private Limited for a monthly rent of ₹33 lakh. The five-year lease began on August 15, 2026, according to property registration documents accessed by Zapkey.

The leased property has a combined carpet area of approximately 8,428 sq ft and is located on Link Road. Based on the carpet area, the rental works out to around ₹392 per sq ft per month. The total rental value over the five-year lease period is estimated at ₹21.88 crore.

The agreement, registered on August 7, also provides TruNativ with exclusive access to nine designated parking spaces within the building. The company has paid a security deposit of ₹1.98 crore, while the lease includes a 5% annual escalation in rent.

The latest transaction adds another commercial property to Bachchan’s growing real estate portfolio in Mumbai. The actor has previously leased office spaces to corporate tenants, generating rental income from his commercial holdings.

In the year 2023, Bachchan was said to have made a lease agreement with Warner Music Pvt Ltd whereby four office units in the building called Lotus Signature in Mumbai were rented at a sum of ₹17.30 lakh a month. The beginning of the lease was in March 2024 and also came with the provision of 12 parking spaces which were reserved.

Bachchan had also made his foray into real estate beyond Mumbai. In March 2026 he bought a land parcel spanning 2.67 acres in Ayodhya from The House of Abhindandan Lodha at ₹35 crores. This was the third such deal which he made with this developer in Ayodhya.

The latest leasing deal signifies the demand for commercial properties in Mumbai that are well-located and in demand across cities such as Andheri West and several other areas.
