Raheja Solaris Sells Out 956 Homes in Vashi NX Township

Raheja Universal has successfully achieved full inventory closure of its residential project Solaris at Raheja District, Vashi NX, with 956 homes sold across Solaris 1, 2, and 3.

This milestone represents a total sales value of Rs. 1,726 crore, strengthening the company’s reputation as a leading real estate developer in Navi Mumbai. Strategically located in Vashi NX, one of the fastest-growing micro-markets in the Mumbai Metropolitan Region (MMR), Solaris featured thoughtfully planned 2, 3, and 4 BHK homes with over 30 lifestyle and wellness amenities. The homes were part of a high-rise residential cluster within Raheja District, a large-scale mixed-use township.
