STAAH has enhanced the digital booking capabilities of Roland Hotel, a long-standing 30-room budget property in Kolkata, through the implementation of its Channel Manager, SwiftBook, and WatchMyRate tools.
Operating since 1997 and located near Forum Mall, the hotel had been struggling to adapt to evolving online booking trends while managing consistency across multiple OTAs.
Its earlier dependence on manual updates led to overbookings, rate mismatches, and a heavier operational workload.
With STAAH’s Channel Manager, the hotel now maintains stronger rate parity and experiences fewer booking discrepancies.
SwiftBook provides guests with a quicker and more intuitive platform for direct reservations. Additionally, WatchMyRate delivers real-time price comparisons between the hotel’s website and various OTAs, motivating more direct bookings.
These upgrades collectively streamline operations, strengthen pricing accuracy, and significantly improve the hotel’s digital performance.
